Bluewater Thermal Solutions is pleased to announce the promotion of David Farnham to Chief Financial Officer, effective April 27th 2026.
David joined Bluewater Thermal Solutions in 2019 as a Financial Analyst and has progressed through the organization into roles of increasing responsibility, most recently serving as Vice President. During his tenure, David has been deeply involved in shaping Bluewater’s financial strategy across its footprint, partnering closely with operations to improve cost visibility, strengthen cash flow, and support disciplined, profitable growth. His leadership has helped advance financial rigor, performance reporting, and planning processes while maintaining a strong focus on operational collaboration, long‑term value creation and continuous improvement.
Prior to Bluewater, David worked as a Lead Program Control Analyst at SAIC, supporting large‑scale manufacturing programs, and holds dual degrees in Finance and Global Supply Chain Management from the University of South Carolina. He recently completed an MBA in Business Analytics at Clemson University, further strengthening his data‑driven and operationally focused leadership approach.
